Jarvis is replying only to "Hello" command and not replying to any othr commands

Jarvis is replying only to "Hello" command and not replying to any othr commands

LINKS MARK II is replying only "hello " command by displaying green blinking light.Apart from that it is not replying to any other command.It is just showing red blinking light.Please help me to resolve this issue.
